Took a ride going out east out of Flagstaff on Interstate 40 this afternoon and pulled off onto an old section of Highway 66. Within a 1/4 mile area was an abandoned Stucky's, gas station, Mountain Lion tourist park and the bridge with the highway leading off into the distance. Times of glory days past and 25 cent per gallon gasoline.
