I grabbed a bunch of yard signs today from a GOP shop. Not because I'm gung-ho on the GOP. But because after listening to speaches from the DNC all week I'm convinced that they are either idiots or they want to destroy the US. Everything action they've presented to solve a "crisis" is the exact opposite of what needs to be done. In the mean time they condemn the GOP for taking steps to actually solve the problems and bring them to a successful conclusion. The Democratic party line is the most horrid I've ever heard in my life time. I will be voting a straight ticket for the first time ever because I question anyones intellegence who would ally themselves with this party. I'm not voting "for" the GOP though, rather against the idiocracy that is the Democratic party. Holy crap! Do they actually believe their own words? I am terrified at how many seem to think they have the answers..... from what I've seen I wouldn't trust them with third grade math. YIKES!!!!

LOL yea just agree and feel more confident with the democrats than rep right now. If mcain was to change my mind then i would vote for him. Time will tell but the War isnt going anywhere with mcain and the economy might get out of its slump with obama.

Are you aware of what Obama wants to do?
Do you really think makeing ExxonMobile pay more taxes for no reason will prompt them to charge less for gas? I know when I was cutting grass and my costs went up, I passed that on to the client. Would it make any sense whatsoever for E/M to eat that cost?
Do you realise E/M pays more in taxes than any other company or entity?
Do you realise the Fed Govt makes almost exactly as much on a gallon of gas as the gas company does?
Do you realise that with Exxon's "Obscene Record Profits", that's their gross? When you figure their outlay and costs, their NET profits, like you get on your paycheck, they're not even number one on the list?
It's simple Socialism, take money from one group, give it to another. Take it from our oil companies to provide "Universal Healthcare and another $1000. stimulus package. Only you can't call it Socialism with a big "S", so you demonise the oil companies.
Do you think it will help us or hurt us to put extra taxes on domestic oil companies and not foriegn ones? Normally they do it the other way around, to help domestic industries, it's called a tarriff.
Viewed in that context, how can this make any sense whatsoever, other than to appeal to the basest "gimme gimme" instincts of the lowest common denominator?

The war is going well. This July we had 5 killed, last July it was 75. Why do you think everything BUT the war is in the news now? The surge worked great, Obama said no, McCain said yes, hell, he was pressuring Bush to do it. This was just supposed to be a cute little thread with kitties, and now you gotta get me started!

Bullshit! The economy in a slump? It's down but listen I got news for you, you'll like this I promise. Gas prices back under or closee to the $2 mark. Historically oil and a lot of commodities move at a pretty flat rate. Periodically they spike. We've been watching a spike. You know what happens during and following a spike? Demand DROPS. Prices fall. Typically they don't stablize till they bottom out slightly below where they started, then they will return to a period of far more mild fluctuation. What sucks ass is that this cycle will happen anyway, if the gubment stays the hell out it'll correct itself relatively quickly. If they start fiddling it usually takes longer. The next President will be praised as a saviour for this natural cycle that they really did nothing to cause or correct. You saw this during the Clinton years. Bush I spent tons of money bailing out S&Ls then the returns from that started coming in as Bush left office and ol' Slick Willy was praised for Bushes work. Nice huh? I'll tell you another thing, with everything that has happened during W's terms it's a miracle we still have an economy. Is it the mininum wage deal? I don't see that many people who are truely dirt poor, I live in a 100+ yr old neighborhood(no not a ritzy one filled with mansions). What I do see is a lot of people who don't know how to live within their means. Who are racking up charge cards because they need the newest cell phones, Xbox 360's, Playstations 3's, Blueray disc players, and plasma screen TVs. People who don't know how to save for purchases getting themselves in trouble by out spending their income. This is not to say their income is insufficient only that their ability to budget is. I don't see very many people going without the things they need to live. Those that are, by and large have other problems and there are places for them to go. For the record I'm not some rich whitey sitting on a hill preaching about shit I don't know about. I'm directly involved in a lot of the things we're talking about, truthfully I'd be one of the ones to reap the benfits of a lot of social programs. I made about 26k before taxes last year and I supported my wife and daughter on it. Yeah it was tight and we don't get to go out a lot. But we aren't expecting others to pay our bills for us. I am buying my own home, I was one of the foolish, I got a ARM on it. You know what? That was my bad, we've had to give up some stuff but we aren't defaulting. Just trying harder. My wife and I have life insurance, I'm trying to get health insurance(wife had some health issues when younger that is making it expensive). You know what? Damn near all my money goes to bills and expenses, we're getting by because our TV's and other shit aren't state of the art. Because I buy my vechicles cash and they are payed for. Is there shit I want? Sure! But I prioritize, I work harder, and shit will get better for me. People I'm the poor mother-f*er everyone (Obama and supporters) want to help out! You know what? I don't want your help, I want you to stay the fack outta my way and I'll get there on my own! All the bleeding hearts out there put them away, if a person doesn't have to work for the things they are given they never learn to appreciate them. BTW I build my Ducati, $2,500 total invested, and I'm proud of that salvage title cause I brought it back from the dead! My cars and crap, paid cash, do my own work. People need to stop expecting everything to be handed out to them on a silver platter and stop buying this BS Deomcrat rhetoric because it's all facking talk. Someone has to pay for this shite and I'd rather pay mine and not have to drag a bunch of lazy ass wellfare maggots on my back. And if you stop giving them hand outs, I promise if they get hungry enough they'll find the will to work. The Audictiy of a Senator Who's Never Held a Real Job....... Ever! Tell me it's not their returned Union platform, cause I can't wait for more companies to start closing shop and moving to China!!! Yay for over priced labor!!!

I'm frustrated with people who don't understand all these promises Obama and the Dems are making require money.... and that it has to come from somewhere. These are the same people that spam me cause Bill Gates and MS are tracking a chain letter and will give you $1,435 dollars for every person in your address book you forward it to... really people if you won't believe that why would you believe this?
BTW, I think you like me angry.... hhehehehe dirty Wadsy. LOL
